Position Summary

As the Host / Hostess, you'll be the first smiling face our guests see when they walk in the door. You'll become a subject matter expert on all things Twice Daily, and genuinely need to embody our core values in all aspects of your job. The perfect Host to join the Twice Daily team has a contagious smile, someone who truly enjoys helping and becomes energized from directly interacting with others!

Your Day-to-day (other duties as assigned)

  • Creates a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience by actively greeting all guests as they enter your Twice Daily store.
  • Engages and educates all guests about the Twice Daily ?fresh all day? offer.
  • Hands out samples of new products to guests as they come in and describe each in detail.
  • Serves as an ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
  • Reports to work on time and ready to work for your scheduled shift.
  • Builds rapport and assists guests as they explore and navigate the store.
  • Becomes a 'subject matter expert' on all things Twice Daily and provides ongoing feedback to your General Manager on guest concerns, compliments, and feedback.
  • Serves as an ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
  • Create awareness of Twice Daily?s ?fresh all day? which include, fresh baked donuts & pastries, individually prepared pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, etc. by making suggestions on our made to order food offerings.
  • Receive and replenish foodservice and beverage products and supplies.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
