Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for tracking, collection, analysis and presentation of internal and 3rd party drive test results of the region network.
Tracking involves monitoring internal systems for devices used in this testing and alerting appropriate personnel of their presence.
Collection involves archiving diagnostic data from these devices using internal tools and retrieval of all detail reports provided by internal systems and 3rd party vendors.
Analysis entails tabulation of failures and success rates, statistical treatment of signal conditions and throughputs, and mapping via GIS.
All data must be produced in presentation quality format.
This position will occasionally be called upon to present data to management.
This job assignment can also be located at 8921 Research Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262 if necessary.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or technical field required 2) Solid LTE RAN knowledge 3) In depth understanding of LTE RF Design, capacity, and Optimization concepts 4) 3
years of actual field experience as Design/Optimization Engineer for LTE 5) Expert knowledge of Windcatcher/Actix 6) Expert knowledge of ArcGIS/Mapinfo 7) Expert knowledge of MS Excel 8) Expert knowledge of MS Access 9) Knowledge of SQL is a plus 10) Knowledge of propagation tools such as Planet EV, GeoPlan, or Atoll helpful Required Skills:
