Responsibilities:
? Lead, empower, train, and support Client's current Director of Operations; oversee deliverables and keep activities on track ? Provide portfolio management on existing portfolio and new assets into portfolio (looking to grow at 200 - 400 units per year) ? Refine and implement team goals and objectives to maximize the long-term health of the portfolio and drive superior financial performance ? Manage relationships with third-party management agents to meet goals, build annual budgets and oversee capital assessments and improvements ? Oversee property performance, review financial statements, prepare quarterly forecasts and generate reports for senior leadership ? Ensure property management's KPIs are being met consistently ? Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders ? Oversee property and portfolio compliance Requirements:
The role of CFO is very senior, hence a high level of experience is expected for anyone applying for this role.
Bachelors or masters degree Strong organizational skills.
