Responsibilities:
Perform any general construction and landscape duties on a commercial construction site as directed by onsite Managers Utilize equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators to dig, grade, install site drainage, etc.
The company self performs many other stilled tasks including pavers, concrete flat work, retaining walls and other site amenities like outdoor kitchens, decks, fire and water features, full landscape planting packages Operate various hand and power tools to perform functions such as grading, installation and mulching Work safely in a team environment and follow applicable guidelines Maintain a clean and professional appearance Perform other various duties assigned
Qualifications:
Must be energetic, hardworking, and dependable Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency Ability to travel and accommodate night and weekend work (Typically less than 20%) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Prior construction experience is preferred but not required Have reliable transportation to and from jobsites throughout the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia Metropolitan region What we provide:
